If you are unhappy with your product for whatever reason, simply return the undamaged product and packaging at your own cost along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will offer a full refund issued to the original payment method. If, through shipping carrier error, your product is lost or otherwise never arrives, inform us within 30 days and we will issue a refund minus the cost of shipping.
